This was the first place I toured while looking for my first apartment. Loved it. I knew that right after the tour that this was gonna be where I lived. Everyone in the office is super friendly and kind. They had worked with me on finding the right apartment for the price range i was looking at. Every question I have had was answered thoroughly. Fairways at Hartland has great amenities like a community pool, gym, and a private dog park and more that I enjoy using. If anyone is looking for a place to live i HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fairways at Hartland.

We took a tour of this property recently and it was a great experience. Kelli was great to deal with on the phone and in person, she showed that she cared about doing her job well and had a very welcoming demeanor. I would definitely recommend anyone in Bowling Green looking for an apartment to go check out this place.

Kelli was very hospitable for my showing and very communicative throughout the whole process. It was a huge difference compared to Traditions,which is just seriously horrible with. Fairway answers their phones.

I moved here after being in a terrible place that I had checked ahead of time to ensure it was safe. It was not. I hadn’t slept for over a month. Once here I began to sleep through the night, ventured out and about again, so peaceful, people are wonderful, ladies in office so helpful. I am healing and so happy here. Such an important to know your area, the home is our safe place and I have found mine.

My friend and I absolutely LOVED Kelli Sanders. Trying to find a nice and welcoming apartment complex as a college student can get overwhelming and discouraging really fast but she made us feel so valued and seen. I have never been on an apartment tour as good as the one she gave us, and i’ve been on quite a few. She even worked though when she was supposed to be on lunch just to help us go through our financials to make sure we would qualify. She is a WONDERFUL employee and you can tell she goes above and beyond for all residents and future residents. It is a very clean and safe complex with wonderful employees. You go Kelli!

Great staff, clean, family friendly, and very responsive on maintenance issues. Had air conditioning issues and maintenance supervisor responded quickly and had issue resolved same day.

We love living here, the maintenance team Raymond and Joseph are always wonderful to work with. We recently had an issue where our power had to be turned off for several days. Raymond let us borrow his personal generator until our power was restored. The front office, Kelli, if so sweet and wonderful. Over all it's been a great experience for our family.
