My daughter recently signed her first apartment lease at Fairways at Hartland after graduating from WKU, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Kelli Giorgio, the Assistant Community Manager. As a mom, I had plenty of questions and concerns about my daughter fully living on her own for the first time. Kelli immediately put my mind at ease by taking the time to explain the community atmosphere, the safety features, and what makes Fairways at Hartland feel like home. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making this a positive experience. She also walked my daughter through the entire leasing process, encouraging her to handle everything independently while offering guidance whenever it was needed. When there were unexpected issues with my daughter's application at the corporate level, Kelli didn't just pass the problem along—she advocated for her and worked diligently to help resolve everything. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience into an exciting milestone. She went above and beyond, and I am so grateful that my daughter's first experience renting an apartment was with someone who truly cares about her residents. Thank you, Kelli, for making this "first big girl apartment" experience such a positive one.

From the time I scheduled a tour to move in Kelli Sanders was incredible. Kelli went above and beyond answered all questions in a timely manner and responded to every email immediately when I had questions. We toured several apartments in the Bowling Green area for my daughter, a college student, who currently lives in Bowling Green at an apartment that safety is a big issue so I was looking for a place that I hoped she would be safe at and one where the management staff cared about the residents and property. Kelli represents your company at a superior level, she cares and listened to my concerns. Kelli is a great asset to your company, compared to the other properties we toured she was the only one who really seemed to know her job, she made us feel at home from the time we entered the property.

We had noticed our A/C wasn't working, and after reporting it, Fairways Maintenance immediately got on this issue, and within a couple days, not only did they replace our A/C unit with a brand new system, but they also replaced our furnace with a brand new furnace! We can't imagine how much this would have cost us if we owned our own home. But here at Fairways, we don't have to worry about these high budget items. What a smile of relief we have. We love living here at Fairways at Hartland!

I love my apartment and the office staff. Maintenance is very responsive, they usually respond ime either the day of the request or the next day. The apartments are spacious, the granite counters are really easy to clean and best of all I hardly ever hear my neighbors and I live on the bottom floor. This place comes with a lot of nice amenities playground for kids, dog park, gym, community grills, fire pit, swimming pool. You will hear aircraft occasionally but its infrequent and is not loud inside.

Madison Schuster began our leasing process and was amazing. Kelli wrapped us up in what turned out to be an extremely difficult leasing process through her determination and professionalism. Thank you Kelli
