A great place to live! Very quiet neighborhood with stores, restaurants, hotels, etc super close. The office staff is amazing and a big shout out to Kelli she helped me and my wife find our home here at the fairways and she was such a big help through the entire process and answered any questions we had. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking the prices aren't bad and there's plenty of amenities to enjoy whether its you or your kids and if you have a dog theres something for them as well!

Me and my wife moved here back in may and we absolutely love this place, peaceful, calm, fast maintenance and the management is wonderful and very helpful. Selma is very knowledgeable and always provides assistance when needed.

Stayed here for a year and I can definitely say it’s a really great place to stay! Management team is very helpful and accommodating, units are well maintained. Their maintenance team are quick to respond on requests. I highly recommend this place.

My fiancee and I are so excited to be new renters at the Fairways. Our whole introduction and leasing process has been so wonderful thanks to Kelli S. So helpful and always available to answer our questions and concerns. She has been there every step of the way!

Reserved parking repainting was done very soon after I submitted the request. They always respond very soon to any request for repairs that I might need. The whole team at Fairways is really quick to help you with any problem you may have. I really enjoy living here.
