APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Bowling Green

My friend and I absolutely LOVED Kelli Sanders. Trying to find a nice and welcoming apartment complex as a college student can get overwhelming and discouraging really fast but she made us feel so valued and seen. I have never been on an apartment tour as good as the one she gave us, and i’ve been on quite a few. She even worked though when she was supposed to be on lunch just to help us go through our financials to make sure we would qualify. She is a WONDERFUL employee and you can tell she goes above and beyond for all residents and future residents. It is a very clean and safe complex with wonderful employees. You go Kelli!

Great staff, clean, family friendly, and very responsive on maintenance issues. Had air conditioning issues and maintenance supervisor responded quickly and had issue resolved same day.

We love living here, the maintenance team Raymond and Joseph are always wonderful to work with. We recently had an issue where our power had to be turned off for several days. Raymond let us borrow his personal generator until our power was restored. The front office, Kelli, if so sweet and wonderful. Over all it's been a great experience for our family.

We signed our first lease with Fairways at Hartland in December, 2019. We've never regretted moving here. Ownership and staff have changed since we sold our home in Allen County and moved here but the friendly service and responsiveness to requests have never been better. We enjoy living here with good neighbors and great office support. Maintenance response is as good as it gets. No regrets here and we hope to live here for years to come.

Raymond Came at the time he said he would be at my apt. which is always nice. He found the problem with my air conditioner right away and took care of the problem.One of the things that i liked was after he had fixed the problem was he stayed long enough to make sure it was working properly. I’ve lived at Fairways of heartland for six years. The last two years, I’ve seen improvements to the property and the noise. I had a situation with a roommate and needed assistance. Selma property manager and Kelly assistant property manager gave me suggestions that helped resolve the problem. I needed a lock changed and it was addressed the same day requested. I appreciate Selma and Kelly and their job At Fairway of heartland Apartments.
