We love our new home. The house is an older structure but has new floors, countertops, and appliances. Very spacious. Kelli in the office was EXTREMELY kind and informative during my application process. Quick too with the millions of questions I had, which reassured me this was the house for my family. Had a small issue when moving in with A/C unit but within less than 24 almost immediately maintenance had it fixed. Can't wait for the summer and all the events and fun they offer.

I talked to Kelly on a Wednesday and Raymond was here Thursday morning to fix my door locks. I love our maintenance guys. They’ve got a lot to do and are always helpful.

I had never handled all the organization moving required but Selma and everyone in the Leasing office made it so easy and seamless! My roommate and I applied and were approved to move in within the week and we couldn’t be happier with it! The proper is absolutely beautiful

Kelli was so helpful and informative when speaking and showing the property! I asked several questions with one being pretty difficult and she answered all with ease and supportive information. She changed my view of the property after the visit. If you stop by this property ask to speak with Kelli.

Had a small water leak coming from the ceiling in the kitchen right at the upper cabinet line. This happened on a Sunday, so maintenance wasn’t on-site. I made a call to the emergency #, and Triston & Raymond showed up in about 15 mins! They diagnosed the leak coming from the Unit above me. They quickly stopped the leak & left me a roll of paper towels! Awesome response guys!
