I have just recently moved in but the staff here is absolutely amazing. Kelli was wonderful to work with and helping to assist with any questions and problems I had. The maintenance (Joseph) out here is definitely on top of things the two issues I have had he resolved within a day of putting in a notice and the issue was fixed in no time!

Selma and Kelli are awesome and have been very helpful. We have been here for over 1.5 years and transferred from our old apartment to a new apartment at Fairways with the assistance from Selma and Kelli. They answered all the questions right away and helped us with every step to complete the transfer. Thank you for what you do to assist residents! Additionally, they also organize awesome social events (Karaoke,Movie night, holiday events etc) and have food trucks for the community every couple of weeks. I would give 10 stars if i could ✨✨

We have been living here for two years. We like the management here and maintenance is on top. We are happy with the maintenance staff(Joseph) who fixes our issues within few minutes.

I recently moved in. My washing machine flooded the laundry room the night before Thanksgiving. The maintenance person (Joseph) was here in less than five minutes. He fixed the issue and brought in a shop vac to clean the mess. He was super nice and worked really hard to fix problem. Thanks!

Tristan is very helpful and friendly while working on all the odds and ends the apartment complex needs. He does great work and is very knowledgeable.

We absolutely love this community. The office staff is always helpful Kelli and Selma are always so kind. The maintenance guys stay on top of anything we need done around here, Tristan is who we normally get and he’s always quick to get things taken care of.

I had a leak coming from my AC unit and Tristan came right away to fix the problem! He is always very nice and efficient.
