Tristan is hard working and on top of the properties needs. We haven’t lived here long, but everything he has assisted us with has been great. The whole staff is great!

My family and I have lived here for 4 years and we love it! The office staff is amazing. Kelli is always ready to help with a smile on her face. Selma has been a great addition to the office staff and handles any issues we may have,effectively .We really love the feeling of being welcome here in an actual community with good friends and neighbors.

Whomever sent Ms Kelli is amazing!!! Definitely heaven sent , looking to move to bowling green and she has been nothing but helpful. Spoke with me on the phone as if we have known each other for years and I love that. Kelli keep up the great work you are AMAZING !

I am a single mom with a young child. I was very anxious looking for a new place to call home when I moved to Bowling Green. I toured a handful of places in the area but as soon as I met Kelli I knew I found my new home at Fairways. There is so much green space and it is more of a community than an apartment complex. There are so many community events not to mention the personal relationship that Kelli offers each of her tenants. I borrowed an ACTUAL cup of milk from her a couple of nights ago and I’ve never felt so at home. She is truly a god send.

They make you feel like a friend and not a business number. Very family friendly place, great community with great people. They make sure we feel like a community.

Great place to live. Move in was an easy process and managing lease office was great to work with. Awesome area with alot of options to walk, eat, shopping. Highly recommend!

I would like to say, since new management has taken control of Fairways at Hartland, it has been a MUCH BETTER PLACE! Things me and my husband complained about were actually resolved and well communicated this time around. They also enjoy suggestions from tenants about what they can do to improve the apartment complex. They are so sweet, kind, and willing to work with you! I highly recommend single-families to move at the Fairways at Hartland! Your opinion does matter there! 😊 Oops, forgot to mention the maintenance workers as well, they do a magnificent job at getting things done. They are quick, responsive, and communicative maintenance men (Ron, Joseph, and Tay)! Woohoo for Fairways at Hartland!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

Management and staff first class customer service. Minor repairs done immediately. And moving into my apartment was seamless and flawless
